We do NOT moderate DMs, unless they are a raid threat, death threats, doxxing, dm advertising, threats or leaking staff parts. (refer to rule 8 in the discord information category for moderation action)
Quota is every 2 weeks on sunday, if you fail to meet this rule, you can get striked or even terminated.
If a civilian starts mini modding (telling you what to do), you may mute and mark them. (appealable)
If you encounter an argument, you may break up the argument. If they do not stop, you MAY mute and infract them. (unappealable)
If anyone sends NSFW, you may ban them (Put in a ban request in moderation requests if you do not have permissions to ban.)
You cannot staff strike any rank higher than you, If you want them staff striked for a valid reason, please open a report ticket, then supply the evidence of the reason why you are reporting them.
You may NOT talk in report tickets about yourselves, If you have smth to say, ping the person handling the ticket and say your side.
Not having any proof when doing a moderation action is a strike.
3 marks = 1 infraction
3 infractions = 7 day civ suspension
Referring to rule 6, you may only staff strike staff when you are HR, SHR or Ownership.
You may only host if you are trained or Server Staff+

FRP Speed Information

1 - 5 over FRP = Verbal warning
5 - 9 over FRP = Mark (appealable)
9 - 20 over FRP = Infraction (appealable) + session kick
20 - 45 over FRP = Infraction x2 (appealable) + session kick
45 - 75 over FRP = Infraction x2 (unappealable) + session kick + 7 day civilian suspension
75 - 100 over FRP = Ban (appealable/unappeable moderator choice)

Abusing voice chat (sexual sounds, swearing,) = x2 Mark (appealable) (if racism, ban)
Driving oncoming for more than 3 seconds = Infraction (appealable)
Hitting people on purpose = x2 Mark (infraction if hit multiple times) (Appealable)
Disrespect (calling staff/civs stupid, etc) = x1 Mark (x1 infraction if serious offense)
Leaking = Ban (unappealable) (if unbanned, staff blacklist)
Failure to give way for P/S & Staff = x1 Infraction (appealable)
Evading checkpoint = x1 Infraction, + session kick (unappealable)
Driving a banned car without proper roles = Verbal warning (if did not change, kick and infract) (unappealable)
Not following staff orders = x1 infraction
Combat log = Ban (appealable)
Spamming in game chat more than 5 times = x1 Infraction + session kick (appealable)
Joining session again when told not to = x2 Mark, + session kick (unappealable)
Sexual RP in-game (against TOS) = Ban (unappealable)
Bypassing chat (saying slurs, swear words,) (against TOS) = x2 Infraction + session kick (unappealable)
Evading LEO/Staff = Ban (unappealable)
Inappropriate/Offensive Clothing = Ban (against tos) (unappealable)
Hit and run = LEO issue, we do not moderate that
Reckless driving = LEO issue, we do not moderate that
Drifting/doing burnouts during strict PT = x1 Infraction + session kick (appealable)
Running red lights during strict PT = x1 infraction + session kick (appealable)
Doing a banned RP in-game (suicide, drugs,) = Ban (unappealable)

NSFW = Ban
Swearing = Wick moderates that (if wick doesn't work, then infract x1 and mute 5 minutes) (unappealable)
Impersonating staff = x1 infraction, 5 minute mute (appealable)
Causing drama/arguments = x1 infraction + break up argument (if argument/drama continues, you may mute them for 5 minutes) (unappealable)
Racism = Ban (unappealable)
Bypassing automod/wick = x1 infraction + delete unallowed message (appealable)
Spamming = Wick moderates that (if wick doesn't work, then infract x1 and mute 5 minutes) (unappealable)
Leaking staff info, tickets, mod requests, announcements, etc. = Termination + Staff blacklist (appealable)
